The University’s oldest and largest organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning individuals, QSU sponsors services, activities, and social programs for students — with an emphasis on queer culture and social thought.

At Opening Convocation, President Sullivan noted that 570 of the 3,809 students in the first year class — about 14% — are the first in their families to go to college.
